About the Kothaligad Peth Fort Trek

Snuggling in the most eminently known wildlife sanctuary, Bhimashankar which is also one of the famous tourist places in Maharashtra has caught some worldwide attention because of the wonderful construction of Kothaligad in it. Best known as Peth fort, the fort is proudly perching at an altitude of 2,033 fts and was strategically and proudly used as a watch house during the monarchial days of the Maharashtra golden era in Ancient Indian History. The fort ordered the fortifications of Padargad, Malanggad, Singhad etc under its strict supervision.

It can be undertaken in all the climatic conditions and is liked by all the trekkers of Maharashtra.

Things to carry-

Must carry the identity proof (original as well as the photocopy)
Must carry water in enough amount (at least 2 litres)
Easy to make food.
Necessary medications.
Trekking shoes are required. Extra socks must be kept.
You may expect unseasonal rains. Must keep umbrella and raincoat.
Carry a haversack.
Cautiously carry cameras.

Start our Journey towards the base village.

Trekkers Of India reserves the right to alter the day-wise schedule of the tour without any prior information (based on traffic, route restrictions or unforeseen travel-related circumstances).
In case there is an unprecedented surge in transportation or accommodation costs (for instance, a hike in fuel charges), the total cost of the package will also increase.
Trekkers Of India will not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances. Any additional cost incurred for the same will be in addition to the cost borne by the client.
Anything that is not mentioned in the inclusions is not a part of this package.
