About the Harishchandragad Trek
Harishchandragad, a leading fortress of Maharashtra takes all the nerves a man has. The trek traverses through slow romance with history to spirituality. It is a beautiful journey of ancient holiness and doctrines midst the prevailing and contemporary worldly beauties and hence, an experience for an entire lifetime. The days dating back to the old, outmoded days when the originator of the Epic Tatvasaar took shelter here and deliberately contemplated in his days. The place also finds its inscription in sacred books such as Matsyapurana, Skandapurana and Agnipurana.


Things to carry:

  1. Must carry the identity proof (original as well as the photocopy)
  2. Must carry water in enough amount (at least 2 litres)
  3. Easy to make food.
  4. Necessary medications.
  5. Trekking shoes are required. Extra socks must be kept.
  6. You may expect unseasonal rains. Must keep umbrella and raincoat.
  7. Carry a haversack.
  8. Cautiously carry cameras.

Start our Journey towards the base village.

07:00 AM | Starting Trek

11:00 AM | Explore Aadrai Jungle

10:00 PM | End Of A Beautiful Journey.

  • Trekkers Of India reserves the right to alter the day-wise schedule of the tour without any prior information (based on traffic, route restrictions or unforeseen travel-related circumstances). 
  • In case there is an unprecedented surge in transportation or accommodation costs (for instance, a hike in fuel charges), the total cost of the package will also increase.
  • Trekkers Of India will not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances. Any additional cost incurred for the same will be in addition to the cost borne by the client.
  • Anything that is not mentioned in the inclusions is not a part of this package. 
  • Images of the sites, city, hotel, etc. are for illustration purposes only.
